“Never seen such attentive and patient customer service. Excellent Italian dining, so let’s break it down Atmosphere: **** This may appear as an order and take away place, but I was incredibly surprised about the upper level for guest dining (no lift, steps). The decor is very well decorated with a very illuminating theme and great colour. My only take, is that the lighting be taken down a little to create a more subtle intimacy. Well done! Customer Service: ***** This was a massive highlight! I have never seen more attentive staff. It wasn’t very busy, but the staff went out of their way to ensure we were checked on. Drinks were offered at the start, the food was delivered promptly and respected our time for conversation and menu selection, prior to ordering. It was very much service with care. Exceptional. Food ( why we are here): **** Order: Cheesy Garlic Bread: ***** It’s hard to fault, shared between us. It was tasty, cheesy and everything you would expect. Highly recommend. Chicken & Chorizzo Paelle: **** Cooked exceptionally well, chicken was tender, rice cooked perfectly. Lacked slightly in flavour. Pan fried Gnocchi: ***** This was excellent! Gnocchi was like eating little clouds and the compliment of vegetables, nuts and butter sauce made it spectacular. Fettuccine Polpette: ***** Usually, I enjoy the meatballs last. The fettuccini with the sauce was a little under flavoured. But then I added a little cut of meat ball to the pasta and sauce and the whole dish came alive. Outstanding! Bami Goreng: *** Looks great but was flat in flavour and didn’t seem like a specialty here. Sticky Date Pudding: ***** Amazing!!!! Overall: **** In honesty, I believe that this is more a take away place than a dine-in. But I believe it’s because no one gives them the chance! The customer service far proved that it is definitely a place where customers are well respected and treated. The menu is sparse, but in more cases than one, the food is very tasty. “Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. We started with the garlic bread, which was perfectly toasted and topped with a generous amount of melted, golden cheese. It was the perfect way to begin the meal. The main dishes were just as impressive, with every plate presented beautifully. I really enjoyed the fresh microgreens used as a garnish on the pasta and risotto dishes. It is rare to find a place that hits the mark on both quality and presentation so consistently. We will definitely be coming back here soon.”

“Best Italian restaurant!! The staff were so welcoming and accommodating, I planned a surprise party and they were so helpful. The food was also to die for, especially the carbonara!! The options were so good and also affordable. I had a party of 9-10 and we split the bill, only paying around $20 each even with all the foods and options we ordered. Highly recommend”
